Asset Allocation Advice

We will be able to help the Family with formulating an Investment Policy Document. This can serve as a mandate for Investment Objectives, Time Horizons and do’s & don’ts for the Family Investment Matters.

We will also help in deciding the Asset Allocation Matrix which will take into account the required Cash Outflows for various Objectives in the Medium and Long run. The Asset Allocation will take into account the need to Protect the Capital and effectively Grow it in Real Terms after Inflation and Taxes.

We will discuss the various trade-offs and pros & cons of Asset Allocation with the decision makers to help design the policy.

Screening Investment Proposals

The Family currently works with some Investment Service Providers.

In addition, it may also be receiving some Investment Proposals from other Service Providers in the Market.

We will assist in analysing such proposals and offer suggestions whether the instruments on offer are congruent with the Investment Philosophy of the Family and aligned to its Long Term Objectives.

Portfolio Construction And Review

Disciplined Portfolio Construction

Based on the specifics of each client’s situation, we seek to provide exposure to an appropriate mix of Traditional and Non Traditional Assets. We also seek to provide diversification within each Asset Class—across Sectors, Industries, and Countries.

Portfolio Review

We can engage with the Family to Review the Investments at a frequency to be mutually decided. We suggest that initially the review should be done every month. We can revisit this frequency after 6 months. The review will contain our view on Global and Domestic Macro and Micro Environment, Equity and Debt Markets, Performance of the Portfolio and recommended Action Points.

Non Conflicting Positioning

It is understood that our position will be Independent and Non-Conflicting in terms of the Product/s Reviewed or Recommended.

As such, the Investment Advisory division of Wealth Managers (India) Private Limited will neither Sell any Investment Products to the Family, nor get any Direct or Indirect commission or Benefit from the same.
